Note

invio is a planning tool, not an advisor. It calculates with what you enter and the settings you choose; the decisions, and what comes of them, are yours. Presets such as tax rules, return assumptions and allocation mixes are starting points, offered as they are and possibly incomplete or out of date: check what your plan uses. Results are estimates; past or simulated performance doesn’t guarantee future results.

Your Plan, Your Decisions

invio is a tool you use to plan for yourself, like a spreadsheet you build, not an advisor acting for you. It calculates results from the information you enter and the settings you choose, such as your goals, your target mix, the rules your plan runs on and how strategies are ranked, and it shows what each option produces. You alone are responsible for what you enter, the settings and presets your plan uses, what you decide and what comes of it.

invio does not know your circumstances beyond what you enter, and no one at Citizen Group LLC reviews your plan to advise you on it.

invio is paid for by subscriptions only. Citizen Group LLC receives no commissions, fund fees, referral fees or payments for placement from any fund, broker or other product provider in connection with invio, and charges no fee based on the value of your assets.

Informational Tool Only

By using invio, you understand and agree that invio is an interactive planning tool operated by Citizen Group LLC ("we," "us," or "Citizen Group") for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide, and should not be relied on for, accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

invio cannot determine which securities you should buy or sell. Results may vary with each use and over time. Information is subject to change without notice. Exclusive reliance on invio to make investment decisions is not advised. Your use of invio does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or other professional relationship between you and Citizen Group LLC.

Citizen Group LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, FINRA member, certified financial planner (CFP), certified public accountant (CPA), or attorney.

Projections and Simulations

Projections, forecasts, FIRE calculations, withdrawal illustrations, rebalancing trade lists, and target-allocation previews are generated from information you provide and assumptions built into our models. They do not represent actual performance of any investment product.

We have not made allowance for all trading costs, management fees, taxes, bid-ask spreads, or market impact unless explicitly stated in a feature. Model outputs may not reflect economic or market conditions that would affect real decision-making. Projections may be designed with the benefit of hindsight in how assumptions are chosen. They cannot predict how any strategy will perform in the future and should not be considered indicative of skill.

You may lose some or all of your investment. Actual results will differ.

Illustrative Outputs

Any fund names, tickers, or trade examples shown in invio are provided as illustrative mappings for education and planning convenience. They are not recommendations to purchase or sell any security. You are solely responsible for evaluating any investment with qualified professionals.

Presets

invio comes with presets so you don’t start from a blank page, for example tax and account rules, growth and inflation assumptions, allocation mixes, a default savings order and example funds. Presets are starting points offered as is, without any warranty or guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current, or that they fit your situation. Where a preset has a source, invio names it.

You decide which presets your plan keeps and which values you change. Whatever your plan uses, preset or changed, is your choice and your assumption.

Tax and Account Rules

invio runs your plan on a set of tax, withdrawal and contribution rules. For the United States it offers a template of published values, such as tax brackets, the standard deduction, contribution limits and required-distribution ages, each with its source and the date it applies from. The template is a preset, offered as is, without any warranty or guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, or that it fits your situation.

You decide which values your plan uses. You can keep the template or change values; changed values are your own assumptions. invio checks only that values are plausible, for example that tax rates rise from bracket to bracket, not that they are legally correct for you.

The rules cover only the parts of tax law listed as modeled on the Tax and Account Rules page. Anything listed as not modeled, and anything not listed, is left out of every result.

Rankings and comparisons of strategies show what the model produced under the rules and ranking settings in your plan. They are not a recommendation of any strategy.

Forward-Looking Statements

Forecasts and projections in invio are forward-looking statements based on assumptions and the information you provide. They are not guarantees of future performance. All projections are estimates and are based on data as of the dates indicated.

Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they are made, and Citizen Group LLC assumes no duty to update them. Forward-looking statements are subject to numerous assumptions, risks, and uncertainties, which change over time. Actual results may differ materially from those anticipated.

Model Limitations

invio models simplified portfolio behavior. Your actual portfolio may differ significantly in security holdings, industry weightings, and asset allocation from any illustration. Investment results and volatility may differ from model outputs.

Rebalancing illustrations assume simplified trade execution and may not account for lot selection, wash sales, market timing, or account restrictions.

No investment strategy or risk management technique can guarantee returns or eliminate risk in any market environment. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss.

Asset-Class Risks

Investing in equities involves risk of loss. Prices of small- and mid-cap company stocks are generally more volatile than large-company stocks.

Bond prices fluctuate inversely to changes in interest rates. A general rise in interest rates can result in a decline in the value of your investment. High-yield bonds are subject to greater risk of loss of principal and interest, including default risk, than higher-rated bonds.

Investing in foreign securities presents certain risks not associated with domestic investments, such as currency fluctuation, political and economic instability, and different accounting standards. This may result in greater share price volatility.

There are special risks associated with real estate and alternative investments, including REITs, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. These assets may be highly volatile and speculative. They should not represent a significant portion of an individual's portfolio unless you understand and accept the risks.

Investments concentrated in a specific sector or industry increase vulnerability to any single economic, political, or regulatory development and may result in greater price volatility.

Third-Party Data

Some data in invio may be derived from third-party sources, including exchange rates and publicly available economic data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Social Security and pension estimates are simplified and may not reflect your actual benefits.
